From the hearth
Three plates that define the room — charcoal, citrus, and coastal catch.
Smoked paprika oil, fennel pollen, preserved lemon.
Wood-roasted, herb butter, grilled citrus.
Dry-aged, bone marrow butter, charcoal salt.
The room
Candlelight, warm wood, and the glow of the hearth.

Our kitchen
Estuario began as a coastal hearth — one oven, a short menu, and ingredients that could stand the flame. We still cook that way.
The room stays cool and quiet on purpose. Warmth comes from the wood, the plate, and the people at the table.
